How to earn points?
The more you buy, the more you save!
At monbento®, every order you place, logged into your customer account, earns you points.
It's easy: £1 spent = 1 point = £0.05 reward
How can I use my points?
It's easy as pie!
1. Log in to your account.
2. Fill your cart with your future on-the-go meal companions.
3. In your cart, you'll see a “Your loyalty points” box.
4. Click on “Use my loyalty points”.
5. Watch your points being deducted from your total!
6. Click on “Proceed to Checkout” and fill in the last details before sending your order to our teams.
How do I know how many points I've earned?
Your monbento® account takes care of counting your precious loyalty points! To find out how many points you've earned, simply log in to your account. You'll then see a small, colorful window, where you can click on “Loyalty program” to see all the points you've collected.
Can I refer my friends and family?
Absolutely! Meals away from home are even better with friends and family, so don't hesitate to share your monbento® good deals with them!
To do so, go back to the “Loyalty program” page in your account. At the bottom of the page, click on “Refer someone”. Enter the contact details of your colleagues, neighbors, friends and family members, add a personal note and send your invitations.
